On 18 and 19 March, the REVERSAAL research unit has organised its second internal seminar in Le Poizat (Ain). The 30 participants have brainstormed on the manner in which we carry out our professional activities, the challenges we face and how to meet them. Facilitation techniques like Speedboat and Worldcafe were used to highlight our internal cooperation and our success. We have also shared information on the coming evolution of regulation and on the metrological issues affecting the treatment and recovery of urban wastewater. Two days to see how far we have come since the unit was created, punctuated by convivial breaks. Thank you to all organisers and participants.
